Foot Soldiers of Thor

At first Tharn thought he had to convert first the Dwarves to worship Thor, but it seems Thor has other goals in mind. Tharn now seems to have a goal. Rouse anyone south of Jort for the coming war. If they will worship Thor fine, if not at least they have heard the warnings and hopefully will prepare.
In Devon this Militia is being formed by Tharn. Thier number is growing. They are made up of common men. Mostly farmers, this group is unskilled but has potential. Tharn wants to start a Militia to challenge the orcs that are starting to spill into the lands south of Jort. It seems that the "higher-ups" are preparing and letting the people outside the walls of Devon untrained. Tharn is concerned for thier safety. Too often is seems the common man's blood soaks the field of battle while the rich sit behind tall walls.
There are rumours that the Dwarves of Norin's Keep are talking about the gods of Asguard and about Tharn's army.
Tharn has thoughts and visions in his head of a Theocratic-Military organization set up such as this if he can convert the numbers and rouse the people.
