| 3. Check-in time at 1pm and check-out time at 11am. |
| 4. We reserve the rights to admit entry. |
| 5. Rooms occupied beyond 11am will be charged a full day's rate. |
| 6. All transactions in Ringgit Malaysia and payment by cash only. |
| 7. We reserve the rights to release reserved rooms without notice, if there is no-show at expected arrival time. |
