"CENTENNIAL REVELLERS"
A youth gathering at the turn of the new millinnium coverage yielded for me this photograph. On the final night of the event, everyone (from all regions of the country) gathered on the field and lit a bonfire. While they were just getting ready for it, I took a chance and went for a high area to shoot the crowd. At one area was these young revellers waving a flag requesting for me to shoot at them thinking for a souvenir photo. I took it without the flash and relied mainly on the existing spotlight behind them for a dramatic shot while my fellow photographers are packing home because of the poor lighting on the location.
