"HAND WITH NEEDLE"
This was meant for a conceptual ad about arthritis. I literally scanned my hand on a flatbed scanner and printed it black and white on textured art paper. Needle with red string was placed on top of print and re-shot with color print film. Final ad states the difficulty of movement associated with the disease.
