STC Sports is a young company that,have recently opened their first sports and leisure centre. The company offer a swimming pool, a gym and a sports hall to play indoor team and racket activities. The facilities are open to members and the general public but members are entitled to discounts on fees. For Health and Safety reasons non-members are not permitted to use the gym.
A member of the company suggested that sales and issuing of tickets at reception would be more efficient using ict methods and was set the task of implementing a system using Visual Basic.
