AYA - Aya is a slowly rising Indie artist. She was born in Hokkaido and lived there till age 15, when she dropped out of high school and started traveling around, playing music in bars and American military bases. She launched her debut with the single HANDS. Soon, she headed to America to record her first album Senjyo-No Hana (A FLOWER IN THE BATTLEFIELD) in 2001, which launched her career. Since then she has released several singles and a mini-album called Kinjirareta Uta (Forbidden Song) and shortly after that, her 2nd full album Baghdad Sky.
