Leorio

What? Did that statement stun you or something? It's just something I picked up while thinking about what to say for Leorio in my POV here... true enough... if compared to the other three main characters, [namely, Gon, Killua and Kurapika] Leorio is in the bottomline of the attention span of most HxH fans [ha! Here in the Philippines it is one known fact!] Just like HxH's parallel anime Yu Yu Hakusho [dubbed as Ghostfighter here in the Phils. and Poultergist Report in other countries] Kuwabara, Leorio's counterpart is also the less liked character from the four.

Well, yeah... I kind of didn't like him in the start either... Why? 'Coz he's obsessed with money... but then after watching that one episode [the episode where the first Hunter exam was like a marathon] I've found out there's really a reason why he became so obsessed with money, just like Lemina from Lunar II: Eternal Blue... [although they have different reasons]

Also, as the story progressed, he turned out to be such a nice guy after all... I mean... He's not too serious like Kurapika and he's not really that naive like Gon[hey~ I know I'm a Gon fan but it's kind of true~ besides, Gon's being naive makes him more kawaii! ^^ oops~ back to the POV!] he's like just a normal nice guy here in the real world as a matter of fact... I mean... except the overdosing obsession over money that is ^^;

Also... I got this fact from Akirin's insight for Leorio, about a survey involving the HxH female seiyuus about which character would they prefer to date and most chose Leorio [click on the link for more details]

So...I guess that's about it then... and my conclusion about Leorio is: he's ok for me~ he might not be the best of characters... but hey~ he's funny~! And I'm pretty sure that the HxH gang won't be the same without Leorio~! Bet on that! ^^
