DEVIL
There is no equal and
opposite force or power to the Supreme Being. Evil is merely the
personal refusal to acknowledge the Supreme Being. Ego is the
perpetrator of evil. The devil is your own personal ego. The evil
states of consciousness result in negative (disharmonious)
activities. These activities, while outwardly resembling good or
not, are inevitably self-destructive at the least. This is part of
the game - God's game, remember? When the individual acknowledges
the Supreme Being for all things and situations, its life becomes
constructive. Motivation is constructive (Divine Order), activity
becomes constructive, results (manifestation) becomes constructive.
One may start the acknowledgement at any time; of course one must always
start right her, right now. In the beginning stages, it is usually
blind acknowledgement (blind faith), (and one must be careful here not to
get stuck with blind faith forever) but as one's DESIRE for KNOWLEDGE of
God (or Inner True Self or Supreme Being or Divine Creator or Whatever)
increases to the point of actual dis-covery or Revelation of same,
acknowledgement is based in KNOWLEDGE. When one KNOWS of Divine
Inner Self, one knows of the relationship of Divine Knowledge to the
actual manifestation of results, and begins the careful consideration
(judgement) of one's own thoughts first of all, as it is dis-covered that
thought is the source of individual life-experience, (or manifestation of
thought), depends upon and is the result of cultural input, with all its
falsehoods and prejudices. Towns, villages, cities and
countries, planets and galaxies, all have their characteristics, all
determined, in the final analysis, by the individual's thought - YOUR
THOUGHT. Poverty, war, famine, strife and striving of every kind,
all exist because we, the people, AGREE to their existence - CREATE their
existences. This agreement can be very subtle, but still powerful;
one who is angrily protesting war, for example, or pesticide use, or
whatever, is actually creating more HARM to life by the generation of the
feeling of anger. To be genuinely useful, activities must be carried
out bathed in feelings of Love and Understanding, Humility, Gratitude, and
Joy.
Actual dis-covery of Inner True Self is the only experience
which can give one the "feeling formula" which ensures Life-harmonious
activity. The "feeling formula" is the feeling to generate moment to
moment to ensure Life-harmonious activity. Any other feeling or
emotion is Life-destructive. Power is neutral, and increases with
numbers. Feeling determines whether power is Life-harmonious or
Life-destructive. This is why it is so important for the individual
to take the responsibility to discover The Truth of Life FOR THEMSELVES,
and to not rest until it is done.
