What NOT to Do

1. Trying to use the Stock Market- The stock market can make you money, but if you begin depending on that you will end up broke. The common mistake is to invest a couple of hundred thousand right when you see the market rising. Sooner or later as happens once every few weeks: the market will crash. and it could take months to get your money back, if you ever do.

2. Buying Nerkmids- Basically people tend to get all happy and excited when talk starts off about things such as nerkmids. But the problem is that these could cost many thousands and give you only a few hundred neopoints and maybe an item that costs one thousand, their almost never a good investment.

3. Attempting To Use The Snowager- Don't get me wrong, this guy has some good items, but do not try and abuse him because if you visit him way too often all that will happen is that he'll keep blasting your pet and hurting it.

4. Overbuying One Item- If you find out an item is about to retire, don't waste thousands buying many copies of that item and keeping them while hoping that it will soon become an unbuyable. That is because more often than not the items could take a couple of years to rise in value. You should buy them fast and sell them even faster while the hype is still through the roof about the retirement.

5. Messing Around In The Chat Mode- This one can be really frustrating and this is a general warning. Do not try to do anything you suspect might not be looked kindly upon on the chatrooms. Swearing, scamming, cheating and reccomending to do any of those could get you instantly frozen so don't risk it.

6. Going Battle Crazy- The one player battles can be tricky business. But you must remember that if you can't beat a one player battle opponent train a while then try again. Trying over and over and losing does not help your user lookup stats.

7. Auto-buy Items- Some people like to make programs that instantly buy/take certin items from a shop or the money tree. Do not be one of those people or you will get frozen. This is also a warning not to try and make a living off of the money tree. It will waste way too much time, earn too little money and you could be using this time on making improvements to your shop, or training your pet.

8. Giving Up On Quests- If you get lucky enough to get a quest from one of the faeries...NEVER GIVE UP!! you must continue trying because if you succeed in the quest then you will get a prize that's usually equal to 2 sessions of training for your pet. Unless, its the earth faerie: she will just feed your pet.
