Even though the guild is in fact organized quite convienietly (or at least aleksandr and the rest of the council do their best) there are still some very common questions that we recieve which can be quickly answered, here they all are.

I just donated to the guild, but I haven't gotten my rank raised!!!
You've got to be patient. It may take a couple of days, aleksandr or another council member must check the sales history of the donation shop, and see that you donated. Then that council member must go and update the donate-o-meter and only after all of this is done can your rank be raised. If you wait a long time and it doesn't get raised then there may have been a mistake made, contact a council member.
How do you rise in the ranks?
Go to the guild website and under a section called "ranks", you'll find all the information you need.
I just went down in ranks! How come?
A decrease in ranks may have been caused because a board monitor saw you saying something on the board which may have been inappropriate.
I've just been suspended from the guild....
If that happened then you must have been scamming people or sending chainletters and word got to one of the council members. You'll be put back in eventually, but don't do whatever you did again!!
I won a giveaway!!!...but I never got the money.
To get the money, you need to put a useless item in your shop for the amount of money that you won and it will be bought. Check how much you've won, it usually says right underneath the postings of the winners. If you did put up an item but it never got bought, you'd better contact a council member...seems someone made a mistake.
I wanted to send an invitation to a friend, but from some reason it wasn't allowed.
1. You may be a hobbit, and you've got to get your rank raised to send invitations.
2. The guild maybe at the dailey invitation limit of 30. You'll just have to wait till the next day.
3. The person you tried to send an invitation to doesn't accept invitations.
The council is full, but I want to have council powers, how do I do it?
Well, if you donate in the amount of 50 000 (buy a bottle of black sand at the donation shop) you'll be raised to an "elf" and be given monitor powers. These will let you delete inappropriate messages on the guild board and help protect middle earth.
I'm going to leave the guild and come back in a few minutes, is that okay?
Its okay, but the problem is that when you return your message board history will be reduced to zero and if you were a high rank...it will unfortunately be reduced down to hobbit. Do not contact any council members asking if you can have your rank back because: how do we know your telling the truth?
