Reverse Culture Shock
Reverse culture shock is what happens when
someone returns to their home country and expects
the change in culture to be easy to cope with.
When I came back to California, I expected life to
be much easier than in Japan, because it was
MY culture. This, however, was not the case.
I found myself criticizing America and constantly
talking about how everything is better in Japan.

I also found myself missing things like Japanese
food, transportation, hangout spots, and most importantly
girls.
GIRLS
I thought returning to America would be fun, and comfortable. But I soon realized all my friends from school had already graduated. I left all my friends back in Japan, and more importantly, my girlfriend. i found myself unable to talk to american  girls because the way they think, and the way japanese  girls think is so different. I started complaining that Japanese girls are cuter, and more interesting to hang out with. I really missed my girlfriend. dealing with the different cultures among love interests may well be the toughest part of culture shock... at least for me that is!
