PLEASE NOTE... completion of this form does not guarantee membership into Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity for Women or the Kappa Xi chapter. This form is not a formal membership application. Therefore, completing this form is not a requirement in order to obtain membership in the organization.

This form is an avenue for women interested in Sigma Alpha Iota to voice that interest to the members of the Kappa Xi Chapter. At your request, the information will remain confidential.

This is only for collegiate women interested in membership to Sigma Alpha Iota at Morgan State University. All women interested in membership at another chapter are requested to contact the members of that chapter.
