The Church Through the Years
The oldest photograph of the belfry shows that the tilt existed even in the early part of 1910's. The original church ruins were demolished in the late 60's. There were no measures done to save the structures. In retrospect, the original chuch could have been ressurected to its old grandeur and magnificence since only the roofing was damaged during the second world war. No need to repeat this mistake. 1911
Church and belfry with minimal vegetation. Note that the tilt has remained unchanged over the years. Removal of the vegetation and loose rocks will minimize the danger of falling rocks. 1960
