Points have been updated. I will be out of town until the 4th of October and will not be updating the site. To make things easier for me, please only submit daily training forms during that time, not any of the extra forms. ONLY DAILY TRAINING FORMS WILL BE COUNTED! I think I should have everyone signed up for the appropriate meets. Good luck to Shanna, Faye, and Cecilia at the Shooting Stars Autumn Invite this weekend!

Points have been updated.
Congratulations to Haylee Kipling on receiving an International Assignment! Good luck Haylee!
I am looking into new team leotards for the gym. So any suggestions for leos and/or colors for leos would be great. The different level groups can have different colors. We need competition and warm up leos for level 4-6, levels 7-10, and elite. All gymnasts who submit leo or color suggestions will be given 10 points.

September 2nd, 2005

I am going to try to make some updates to the gym in general and try to promote some more interaction here. Points have been updated. Sage Brush is hosting the JO National GymFest from 26th-28th for all level 4-10 gymnasts. The website is http://www.geocities.com/sagebrushgym/nationaljogymfest. I'll try to get the schedule and results pages up to date. I am going to send e-mails to Sage Brush gymnasts to see who is still interested in the gym so I can update the rosters. If you don't get an e-mail from me it probably means I lost your e-mail address somewhere along the line so please send me an e-mail with your e-mail address.
I want to get all of the gymnasts interacting a little bit more, but it seems that the message board is down right now. Going through a ton of workout and activity forms is a pretty boring process so for right now I am going to say no more than 5 forms per gymnast, per day. Gymnasts in levels 4-8 may do 1 workout and 1 open gym workout per day and gymnasts in levels 9-Elite may do 2 workouts and 1 open gym workout per day. Feel free to continue using the activity forms but no more then 5 total forms per day.

The elites have been invited to a Christmas performance that Golden Gymnastics is hosting. If any of you are interested please contact me through e-mail, the contact the coaches form, or the message board.
We will be hosting a meet from January 7th-8th for levels 9-Elite. All Sage Brush gymnasts in levels 9-Elite will be competing. Snowflake Classic
