The main rules at SBVG are:
1. Please workout. If you don't workout at least every few days the coaches have no way of knowing whether or not you're still active in the gym.
2. If you won't be able to train for a certain amount of time then please contact the coaches ahead of time. If something comes up and you don't have a chance or forget to contact the coaches ahead of time just tell us when you come back.
3. If you are inactive for 2 weeks with no notification the coaches will send you an e-mail asking whether or not you are still interested in remaining at the gym. If we get no reply within a week we will e-mail you again. If another week passes and we have heard no response then you will be removed from the gym roster. If you wish to stay at the gym just send us an e-mail and we will add you to the team roster again.
4. In order to be selected to meets you must be active in the gym. That doesn't mean you have to fill out every form on the website everyday, it just means you should train at least once a week or whenever possible. The coaches understand that this isn't your number one priority so we don't expect you to do everything everday or even workout everyday.
5. Have Fun! The most important rule!
Age Requirments:
Level 4: 6 and up
Level 5: 7 and up
Level 6: 7 and up
Level 7: 8 and up
Level 8: 8 and up
Level 9: 8 and up
Level 10: 9 and up
Junior Elite: 11-15
Senior Elite: 16 and up
