Africa's only conference for senior level wireless technology manufacturers, operators, broad industry end-users, regulators and hot-spot managers, takes place at Johannesburg's Sandton Hilton from 29 June to 1 July.

> Cape Town to host IALA 2010

Cape Town has won the bid to host the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation & Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) conference in 2010. The conference is expected to attract some 400 delegates from over 40 countries, injecting around R3.4-million into the city's economy and placing southern Africa on the agenda of international maritime organisations.

The Limpopo Tourism and Parks Board hosts the province's first tourism conference from 1-2 March, bringing industry representatives together to map the way forward for tourism in the country's northern-most province.
