Observing the unpredictably rapid development of modern information technologies (development of computers, software, network technologies) we often brood over the further development of information science. Despite the mankind's achievements in this branch, the most effective storage and processing methods are those emerged in the course of biological evolution. And yet mankind can't reproduce something similar artificially. But science doesn't stand still and application of nature-based technologies is just a matter of time. It's obvious that such inventions in the branch of information creation and processing will be the break through.
Let's refer to one more point. Every person, who has used her/his intellect and whatever her/his activity is, is in search for knowledge and is generating new one. But this knowledge is stored somewhere deep in brain, while its generation and application of other knowledge for its generation is by far explained by the present science.
The idea is that to develop the methods of knowledge presentation (for example intuitive knowledge, there are no scientific methods of kind, but they are widely used by natural intellectual systems), the form of which would make it possible to find something necessary from among the great amount of knowledge for solution of a concrete task.
The representation of knowledge in the form of the natural language texts and different schemes is widely used for accumulation and transfer of the information. One must say that it's to great benefits is being used nowadays in the Internet. Every new idea, that suddenly turns out to be urgent, is like a boom and pays the dividends to those enthusiasts, who can see what others can't and be the first to bring their ideas into life. It can be said about the first search Web-servers (Yahoo.com, AltaVista.com), servers that use the Internet for worldwide trade (Amazon.com), a very popular and free systems of Internet communication ICQ and even the WWW or Internet in general. A tough competition between commercial companies stimulates such a rapid development of informational technologies. New ideas capable to transform small companies into commercial monsters with large profits a billion each.
Despite the great practical value of the Internet, the most of the traffic is busy with entertainment. The Internet nowadays is mostly just an interesting toy.
The Internet contains unheard supplies of different practical information, but when a certain problem arises it is not always possible to find (and choose among all the variety of information) what you need exactly. When search servers and servers-accumulators start working according to the principle similar to those of the human brain, this will bring up the revolution in the information technologies.
The picture shows the scheme of the "Collective Brain" of the future.

This scheme allows to easily exploit the knowledge already accumulated in every corner of the world for problems' solving. The picture becomes more optimistic provided the level and the quality of connections will be considerably increased in future.
The share of the capital turnover that accounts to the knowledge of this form (informational resources) will be incomparably higher than that accounting to anything else (it is difficult to imagine now, because modern person inclines to think in a material-based way rather than informational one).
No matter how close human knowledge about intellectual systems is to the real ones (as the bearer of the highest intellectual level in the nature), no real results in the theory of intellectual systems have been achieved. This stimulates the further search for other ways of investigation.
As for me, I have my own approach towards solving these problems. First of all I precisely differentiate between animal and human levels of intellect. In the basis of the animal intellectual level functioning there is an adaptive disclosure of functional dependence of the outer world parameters on the actions to be conducted by the intellect owner to achieve certain goals.
The intellect of the human level can manipulate the objects, which are generated in imagination. In the process principles of animal intellect level functioning are applied. In other words, human intellect can manipulate not only the real objects but imaginary ones as well. For creation of such objects and conducting activities over them intuition is applied again.
Habits mechanism is important by functioning of any intellect – automatic execution of the action series. Habits mechanism is not very complicated.
Not to sound unsubstantiated, at the moment I'm working over achievement of some practical results in modeling elements of artificial intelligence. Specifically modeling of artificial intuition with its practical application. Any ideas? You could send any suggestions and thoughts of yours to my e-mail:
