| Date: Friday 2/9/07 Time: 7:00 pm Place: Lumberyard Attendees: Danny, Jim, Paul, Gene, Tim, Curt, Kyle, George, Steve SACHO, Here are the Lumberyard results. Thanks to all for their patience under caution flags and the ocassional red flag stops. A very big thanks to Big Jim for team RCR's sponsorship of many drivers. Thanks also to those loaning bodies, chassis to others in need. Thanks to all participants for attending the crowded racing complex. The results of the IROC event were very close. One point close with the host edging Danny. Followed very close by veterans Jim and Paul. The returning rookies, Curt and Kyle had their hands full at their first ever Lumberyard race but quickly caught on as the Tyco series proves out. I truly enjoyed the LL IROC series. IROC 2006 SERIES TOTAL Tim 136 Danny 135 Jim 126 Paul 117 Curt 94 Kyle 89 George 54 Steve 46 Yusuf 32 Khalil 21 Mala 14 The Tyco series was exciting and there seemed to be much more strategy involved in trying to acquire points rather than winning every heat. Kyle, driving for team RCR, completely dominated the series. This returning rookie clearly has what it takes. Paul was the only one close enough in points to make any challenge for Kyle. 2006 SERIES TOTAL Kyle 285 Paul 214 Jim 200 Danny 172 Tim 118 Curt 90 George 86 Steve 51 Geno 47 Good luck to everyone at the next series at Big Jim's River City Raceway featuring Club Stock and Super Stock.
