Race 3 of 3 Mini-Series Results
"Down Goes Frazier", "The Met's Have Won The Pennant" and now "Paul 'The Tomy Man' Haak Hauls It All Away" as he sweeps the SACHO Fall series slot car race event held at Rolling Rock Raceway. Paul topped a field of eight drivers to take the trophy in both Club and Super Stock last night. Coming into the third and final club stock race Paul and Jim Pearson had each won one race....both with 190 laps. The third and final race was no different both covered a total of 259 laps with the "Tomy Man" shooting ahead of Jim at the end of the race.
In the Super Stock series it was just as close. Paul won the first race back in September. Then Jim and his Panther captured the middle event in October showing a lot of speed and great driving. But the line had been drawn in the sand the other drivers Dan and Gene were out to stop the sweep of the veteran racers. |
