| Date: Saturday 6/7 Time: 11 am Place: FTH Attendees: Tim, Jim, Todd, Paul, Bob, Kyle It does look like we made a few new H.O. friends, I think everyone was impressed by how these little "Stock" G3's run and how simple it is to achieve the speed and excitement that H.O. affords in such a small package. Those were Sac H.O. S.S. rules we where racing by! IMO, Racing all the different chassis manufactures in S.S. is what makes our local class great! It creates diversity and gives the racers a little choice. This being said, HOPAC's rules are the very foundation of our group. They are the most uniform and build an incredible level playing field for close competition! The SS class just happens to have a lot of different cars that are pretty close at this time that keeps things competitive with OUR rules although the cream seems to be rising to the top (I think that was a G3 in the winner circle was it not?) Club Stock was really fun and showed the high level of sportsmanship that we have in this group! Small gripes... The lane color situation needs to be addressed and the power seemed to be a little off and surging a bit. Really didn�t notice it in SS but CS is where it seemed the most prominent. Wasn�t sure if it was my car or not until Yuccie made mention of it affecting him as well... Word to the wise, if you don�t use batteries, don�t skimp on the power supply! We WILL notice. Next time I will take some power readings and find out what�s up. Jim P. is really getting with the program!! He knows how to stay in the slot and is getting the car set up part down! Tim L. is a tough customer. He has the talent and the skills to be one of the best!
