Great racing action again! I would call this an inaugural Loomis Raceway event. Track was ready, computer was great, the room was finished. Loomis Raceway is now ready for regular racing! Way to go Curt, you've spent gobs of time on your track and now it's paying off!
Club Stock was raced, first time with black magnets only. Paul has been practicing the last few races with black magnets and it paid off. He took first by 1/2 a lap over Joe. The field was close, and would have been closer if Todd wasn't racing with his break on :-)
Super Stock was also run. This was a very interesting race, folks are expanding their slot box a little here and experimenting. A few Panthers were run, some SG+, and a P2 and P3. Despite the diversity, the field remained close. Hometrack advantage (and a fast Panther) paid off for Curt as he took this race by 3 laps over Paul (P3), and Joe took 3rd with a SG+.
