| 15 April 2002 Marty's Girlfriend: 'Not Happy Jess' Big Brother pin-up boy Marty has a big problem waiting for him on the other side of Australia ... his Perth girlfriend Jonelle. The pretty 19-year-old was convinced Marty would behave himself with the female housemates. She trusted him completely. But that was before she checked Big Brother Online and read about his blossoming romance with Jessica. Now a heart-broken Jonelle has, in an exclusive interview, told Big Brother magazine she is "in shock". In this week's issue, on sale tomorrow morning (Thursday), Jonelle pours out her heart, saying: "I believed him when he said he wouldn't hurt me. He went into the house to have fun, and I don't know what happened." Confused and hurt, Jonelle can't say how Marty's love rat behaviour will affect their relationship. "I can't say what will happen," she told the magazine. "And I don't have anything to say to Jessica. Nothing at all." Her upset came just one day after she told Big Brother magazine that Marty would never let her down. Unaware of what was about to unfold, she said: "I am not worried about what Marty does in the house, not even with Jessica. He's not that sort of guy, he wouldn't do anything to hurt me." The morning after, a sheepish Marty tried to write off the incident as "just a game". When Jessica challenged this, he changed his mind. Now he and Jonelle are left to wonder what his "game" means for their future. The full story is in this week's Big Brother magazine ... along with a centrefold pin-up of Marty.
