Starring:
William Holden : 1969
The film was brilliantly directed by Peckinpah who created a whole new approach to violence in this landmark film about  men making a last stand.
It is bursting with action, vibrant characters, and memorable dialogue.
Good acting too, by a first rate cast William Holden as Pike, the leader of the bunch, is the absolute best casting  for the part.
With a face that shows in every line a sense of tirednes  at what he is doing, Holden makes Pike a likable bank robber/murderer.
