Now I am aware that some people think that this is a lot to ask for, but
you will get the same in return from me. At the same time,
I had bad experiences with men that weren't all that and I don't want
to be taken advantage of ever again. I am very comfortable being
by myself and very independent but it would be nice to have someone around
in my life who can give me what I am looking for.
I have experienced that a man needs to be handsome in my opinion. I don't care whether other people think the same, he's got to be handsome in my eyes, whether it is just a cute little mole that attracts me or his charm. What I look at the first time I see a man is his eyes, his mouth and his hands. I like eyes with long eyelashes. I used to like blue-eyed men only but I have found some men that have glowing brown eyes. A mouth is not just a mouth. I look at nice and clean teeth, a cute smile and lips that I can't resist. I like soft hands that are not too big but still bigger than mine. Fingernails are to be kept clean.
Honesty is one of the most important factors in life for me, not just in relationships. Living in LA, I have learned that many people don't care for honesty anymore. I am very outgoing and need to find the same in a man so that the relationship can be perfect. Sometimes it may be hard to put things in words but after all, I have never cut somebody's throat for being honest!
I pay big attention to a pet's reaction. If the pet doesn't like someone, there is a reason for it. You can't fool an animal with looks, money, or dishonesty. They go by their instincts!
Success is very important to me. I came to the US in order to grow and make my way up the ladder to success. I am still not at the point where I see myself reaching this goal but I am constantly working on it. I am also very dedicated to work and won't flake. Mr. Right has to have the same kind of passion for being successful or wanting to get there, unless he is already at that point. But my opinion is that you should never give up working for something better or you won't appreciate your success.
Being a German native, I love sarcastic humor and all kinds of humor. Some people may misinterpret comments because they don't understand the way I was raised in Europe. The US seems to be a bit conservative in some ways to me. But in order to be happy with me, Mr. Right has to have the same sarcastic kind of humor and be cheerful.
I think nothing more is attractive in a man than a smart and intelligent one who isn't snobby about it. I like listening and learning from intelligent people. The perfect partner for me is someone who is at least on my level and who I can learn from.
Okay now, please be easy on the aftershave! If there is a cloud around you that makes my throat sore, I will be completely turned off. It's better not to use any aftershave at all, or just a tiny bit. I seem to enjoy smelling Acqua di Gio and Passion and many kinds of soft musks.

I really enjoy being single but there are some situations where
you really need a man around.
For example:
- To open jars when jammed;
- To give long and deep tissue massages;
- To scrub your back when showering;
- To take heavy trash out;
- To bring in the groceries from the car;
- To carry purse and bags while shopping;
- To kill spiders and bugs;
- I was told: to mowe the lawn (once I have one);
- To make me smile every day;
- To keep me warm when I am cold
