My feelings on abortion- I am Pro-Choice because a woman and her doctor and God need to decide what is best overall in cases of rape, incest, severe health problems, etc. I think a woman should be able to decide herself. Absolute worst case scenario- If an abused, poverty-striken, drug addict is raped by her cousin/uncle, bringing that baby into the world would do it and the mother more harm than good- not all the doctors, machines, medication and shrinks in the world could make them live anything close to a normal, healthy life. I myself am pretty sure that I could never have an abortion except in an extreme case And abortion should not be used simply as an alternative to birth control... that's why we have birth control!! 87. Am I caught up in the Harry Potter sensation...yet- I resisted at first, then I wrote a paper about censorship (anti- I hate censorship, teach your kids, don�t shelter them- ignorance is not a good thing) and I used it as an example, then I got the books and read them to back myself up and they are actually very good, very well written and they are a quick, easy, fun read- great for children. I�ve also seen the movies many times. I blame the kids I worked with... 132. Can a soul be defined- one can try to define it, but it can never be captured. What do I think about circumcision- In some of my involvment with human rights stuff I was directed to some medical sites about the horrors of circumcision- male circumcision. There really is no medical reason for it anymore, intact foreskin is easily cleaned and is actually there to protect the penis and provide more sensation. A lot of time circumcisions get infected causing the baby problems and discomfort. Yes, it is an ancient biblical practice, but it is not *actually* physically required (Galatians 5:6, Galatians 6:15, Romans 2, 1 Corinthians 19) . And if you asked anyone to circumcise thier baby girls they would look at you like you were insane... because it is insane and cruel. I think it is for both sexes, why more double standards? There is a line in 28 Days were the funny red headed man with the accent says if he could do anything he would ask for his foreskin back because "No one asked me, they just took it!"
