Hello everyone. Well, if any one has read Project Z they realize I have not had a new page up for quite some time now. The truth is that I have been extremely busy and not been able to continue the comic. I however, hate leaving things incomplete and therefore will conclude Project Z for those who have read it. ( I think that there are only 3 or 4 at best )= So, without any more rambling here is the conclusion of Project Z:
Where the comic last left off Annie and Orion are in NY looking for a Zodiac Project that Orion has disconnected from the control of Bio Corps. They are discussing Kurt while Annie is walking along a strip of stores. She sees a SALE sign and drags Orion into the store while she tries things on. She asks him what if he forces the Zodiacs he has disconnected to help him. He tells her no. Annie then asks why Orion needs their help since he seems very capable himself. He replies by telling her that the Zodiacs are needed for her. Orion, as we know is semi emotionless and a little cold, the way he tells Annie this hurts her and makes her feel like a burden. She takes the dress she is holding, balls it up and shoves it Orion and leaves the store. Orion sighs. Annie is walking down an ally when a hand grabs her arm. She is frightened thinking that is either a homeless man or possibly a Bio Corps Agent. Annie turns around with this huge outward spinning crescent kick knocking her assailant across the face and too his feet. Annie is amazed that she pulled such a move on instinct and thinks to herself �where did I learn to do that?� The so-called attack turns out to be Orion coming after her. Annie suddenly realizes this and helps him up. Orion asks her how she learned to do that and Annie just replies a cute little �sorry� Orion then explains that he didn�t mean it the way it sounded and Annie takes his attempt to apologize and they begin to walk the streets again.
After that little incident they begin to talk about the other Zodiac again. His name is Kurt and he is the Zodiac Aries. It turns out that Kurt is a security guard at the Stadium. Orion and Annie get tickets to the game to approach Kurt about helping them strike back at Bio Corps. Annie asks Orion how he is going to inform Kurt of the things done to him, he tells her �I�m not � you are.� Annie is shocked and is ready to argue with him when Orion convinces her to just go talk to him. Annie works up enough nerve to approach Kurt and as she does she accidentally trips right in front of him. Kurt catches her and asks if she is ok. Annie, very embarrassed, manages to pull her self together and tell Kurt that it is extremely important that he meets her tonight at a bar because she has very important information to tell him. That night Annie and Orion are at a bar wondering if Kurt will show up. After some time passes her eventually does. He wonders who Orion is and Annie introduces them. Annie excuses herself to get them some drinks. As she comes back Kurt is sitting there with his blank look on his face. He says, �You mean to tell me that this Bio Corps. Took me in, experimented on me, gave me some kind of �gift� and erased my memory of it, then sent me into society to flip a switch and turn me into some assassin whenever they want!?� Orion replies with a simple yes. Annie then asks if Kurt knows what ability he has been given. He sits there in disbelief and tells them no, he has no experiences any kind of weird gift. Annie sighs, and looks toward Orion. Orion explains that he would like Kurt to come with them because if Bio Corps is not stopped, they will come after him once they know that their control of him as been cut off. Kurt is about to leave them when Annie spots bio Corps agents in the bar. She points them out to Orion and he tells her to get Kurt out of the bar and meet them out back. Annie knobs her head yes and grabs Kurt�s arm. Kurt asks what is happening and realizes Orion has disappeared. Annie has the door in sight and is about to leave with Kurt when she is grabbed from behind. Automatically Annie elbows the guy in the stomach and punches him in the face. She is once again surprised and looks at her hands in disbelief, wondering how she was able to do that. Caught off guard she is now grabbed by 3 guys who she is not able to break free from. She cries for Kurt to help her. He runs toward Annie but is pushed back by 2 more Bio Corps agents. They tell him that she is a wanted criminal and to leave the situation to them. Kurt becomes enraged and tells them to leave the girl alone. The 2 guards insult Kurt and ask him what can he do against the 5 of them. Kurt feels helpless and cannot take it anymore. His arms begin to swell and he feels a power inside him, it burns at firth but then becomes calming warmth. His forearms grow even larger and Kurt�s eyes go white. He says, I told you to leave the girl alone. Kurt raises his arms and from his palms fly powerful spheres of energy. The guards are thrown back! Annie looks at him with her eyes wide open in shock. She quickly comes to her senses and gets Kurt to snap out of. As he calms his eye color comes back and his arms return to their normal size. Everyone in the bar is just looking, shocked at the spectacle they have just witnessed. Annie grabs Kurt�s arm and the 2 run to the back door. As the door opens there are 5 to 6 Bio Corps agents face down on the street unconscious. Orion has wired their car and is in the driver seat telling the 2 to get in. He asks what took them so long? Annie tells Orion that they have discovered what Aries can do.
