New Housing Developments � affordable and comfortable residential areas to replace the �slum� districts of the city. Improved student accommodation for scholars attending the city�s University.
Revamped Tourist Board � a new and refreshed approach to tourism in the city, bringing in local and national talent and business to attract new visitors, holidaymakers and residents to Maiden Newton.
Improved Services and Amenities � including a revamped healthcare service, higher financial funding for the Police Force and for the city�s hospitals and surgeries, and an improvement to public transport services. Improvement in education standards, targeting the University and schools of the city.
Fresh New Talent � the FNT program, primarily (but not exclusively) aimed at the younger generations, is designed to bring in entertainment acts and talent to the city�s many theatres, clubs, bars and other venues. Incentives are being offered to performers playing dates in the city.
Luckily for the city, these initiatives, and the funding behind them, had already been put into action before the damning 'Green Report', and thus Quicksilver's rapidly failing reputation will not harm the projects outlined above.
