Dear Sir/Madam
As I am quite sure you have noticed, the city of Maiden Newton has been devastated. It is at a loss, in a rut, hurtling down a black hole. The population is falling by the day and soon an empty city will remain. Once known for its power and place in the country, it will lay wasted on the land.
This would be devastating. This city was once one of the hot spots in the country, the centre of industry and packed with entertainment and services, but now it has turned into a disorganised pile of rubble.
I don�t want this to happen, and I don�t think you would either. We do not want to lose the links with this city and I do not want it to completely stop existing. No business alive can survive in the area if this city falls. They will be forced to either fall or relocate (an expensive and difficult business due to the high competition in other city areas).
This city is in trouble, but perhaps a fantastic opportunity has also presented itself. Think of it � an empty city that nobody has claimed and nobody seems to want. It needs someone not only to mend its broken bones but also to create an entirely new structure. The opportunity is there for you to regenerate a new, powerful city. We need not see the worst side of this event. It can be converted, reimagined and rethought, unto an open doorway to a more constructive place.
The point is this. In order for this once grand city to return to the standard it was, it needs financial backing. It needs a company that has the ability not only to think of ideas, but to make them happen as well. The power and size of your company is clear and I believe that you are the ones that can take it back from the brink.
It will benefit everyone. Students, the unemployed, the elderly, families, doctors � the list is endless. People all over the country will flood in to settle again. Obviously it will bring businesses back into the city for you and or course, will benefit us.
The time has come to create an empire. That empire could be yours. the price is high, but the rewards are higher and you could be the one to reap them.
However, do not let this power go to your heads. Creating a city is one thing, trying to control it is another. If you let things go by their own accord there will be no problems but if you try and accomplish too much, you may find you get an unpleasant, unfriendly reply from some of the locals.
It is your choice what you wish to do. The opportunity is here, waiting for someone to take it, think about hat could be achieved by you. You have the means. What�s stopping you?
