7 new 420 sailors graduated on the 13th September 2003 one day ahead of schedule after a 6 day course (click here for syllabus) . The training was not entirely smooth as the weather alternated between no wind and too much wind and 2 meter waves. Eventually they graduated after racing in a one day regatta.
