| This simple bracket was made from 6mm x 20mm steel bar. It is essentally "H" shaped. The end prongs have 12mm slots in each end and bolt into the fixing bolts for the front bumper. You may need to replace the original bolts with slightly longer ones. The important measurements are the location of the two wholes which accomodate the lower 'prongs' of the radiator. The rad sits comfortably in it but should be supported at the top as well by simple brackets that can easily be sourced or made, to attch the radiator to the to the front grille. |
