One thing that many activists are concerned with, however, is the legislative process. This page will link you to the main sources for information on the status of pending bills in the US Congress and to the key sources for state legislature information for the five states and one Canadian province in our region.

US Congress

THOMAS , a service of the US Library of Congress , is the mother of all US legislative information resources. You can find information on pending bills, enacted legislation, and the full text of the Congressional Record, in addition to a dizzying array of information on all the branches of the US government. The Library of Congress also maintains an excellent page about the US Congress , which includes not only information on legislation, but on the Congress itself.
