Race: Malaysian Chinese. 'Ethnically' I'm Nyonya Hockkien crossed with some Cantonese blood.

Birthplace: The beautiful isle and state of Penang, Malaysia.

Spoken languages & dialects: Bahasa M. - it is my national language after all, ENGLISH!! - yeah! (duh...), Hockkien... My Cantonese is a pain to the ear, my Mandarin worse.

Personality: I'm simply ironic, eccentric, weird, if you must, but definitely adWOWable (read: adorable with a WOW)

Belief: I'm a Christian! I believe I am a sinner, doomed to eternal damnation and death. I believe that Christ died on the cross in my place and when He rose again on the third day after, BOY AM I SAVED when I RECEIVE HIM into my life as Lord and Saviour. Of course, making Him my Master means submitting and obeying Him no matter the cost. But nothing is more fulfilling then following Jesus, for it is then, that I have the assurance and confidence that everything will end ok. ;)

Interests: Hmm... you could say almost everything that has to do with music - like writing, playing, jamming, arranging parts... I play the piano and guitar mainly. Tried the drums once but decided to concentrate on my guitar skills for now.
Music aside, I like doing anything intellectually challenging, from riddles to crosswords to IQ puzzles and I don't even mind C Programming (har har...)
STAMPS! Oh yeah! STAMPS! I love collecting stamps. In fact, I've neglected my collection since I came to uni. I have a big box full of them (Malaysian stamps since Colonnial times included!)
Well, I like the outdoors too, though I don't exactly go hiking and camping every weekend. I like travelling and exploring and making my friends WALK and WALK and WALK with me.
Photography???... hmm... Like taking pictures (not professionally) and keeping albums and albums of them - I like keeping records in this way.

Occupation: If you really must know... sigh... I'm an Engineering student (sophomore) in UNITEN. By God's grace, I should graduate in year 2002 with B.Eng.Hons (Electrical/Electronic)... We'll see :)

Dream university: IUPUI (More specifically, Purdue University, Indianapolis... And if I'm whacky enough to do medicine after I retire, then maybe IU as well. Har Har)- Anyone out there willing to sponsor me?
