It is a bright blue cave. The grass is blue and the glass roof is shiny. In the center is a pond the size of a small lake, surrounded by a semicircle of shrubs. Calmly floating and cruising the soft ripples is a blue melcey. She is on her back and slowly paddling water with her forepaws. She opens one eye toward the entrance and flicks open the other one quickly at the sight of a visitor. Skillfully she turns over and submerges under, quicker than an otter. You take one step toward the pond as she emerge climbing onto the grass. You pause in midstep as she stands there motionless and unblinking.
|  Hi. | Sensing no warm welcome and yet no threat, you take another careful step toward the blue melcey. She blinks once and flicks her right ear once. An invitation? You bring yourself to a foot infront of her and kneels down to give her a greeting. She blinks once and bows her little head in
return. A crisp, no-nonsense, yet, benevolent voice rings in your ear. | I'm a female water melcey. Suna calls me Lytaana. I love all waters although fresh, like this pond is of, is certainly more desirable. A splash and a series of flapping sound brings a smaller blue shape, that wasn't there before, zooming out of the water and hovering over your head. It's a necco. |
|  Well then, I'll leave you now since A�gina will be taking over. Lytaana trots to the pond/lake and dives back in without a splash; leaving you alone to the wet necco, who buzzes around your head in dizzying whirls sprinkling water droplets all over. I be A�gina! A�gina the water necco! She happily chirps and does some loops. We neccos technically have not the elemental influences as the likes of the lucky melcey kins, but I AM a water necco! After a display of skillfully excuted aerial stunts, she blurts out: Myn be here soon! After that, she flutters away hippily and skydives into the water like a camorant.
As A�gina promised, Myn showed up soon enough from behind a tree. It's obvious that she is also a water melcey. And seemingly even less social than Lytaana. Myn pads near and speaks in a breezy and flat voice. |  E'Lo. I am Myn. I'm just another common looking water melcey as you can see. Lytaana is very nice to me. She thinks of me as not being optimistic enough and should be less weary of others... Take your pick but, meanwhile I won't go hopping around as happy as my father Ariccja'dera. Don't get me wrong, I do admire his carefreeness. Enjoy your stay and have a nice day." She nods and slips into the shades of the tall shrubs.
