If you feel you cannot follow these rules then this room obviously isn't for you. There are many chat rooms and themes on the internet. We choose to role play in this room and follow these rules. They may not be for everyone. That is understandable. Please understand if you come into the room souly to argue about our rules and theme you will be told to leave/booted/ and/or banned. There is no need for such behavior and you can always go somewhere else. Again this is an adult section. Childish and rude behavior will not be tolerated.
1) This is a no collar/ no raid/ no force feed/ no kill room. All slaves are NPC only. The only role play deaths that will be acknowledged will be ones approved by Teran Beck. No visitor may use magic that is not preapproved by Teran Beck. All visitors are asked to put ~OBS on their name tags until becoming a member. Always remember to ask before you PM someone.
2) No public disturbances will be tolerated AT ALL. This includes but is not limited to: Disrupting others roleplays, causing mass havoc, harassing others IC or OOC, NO malicious gossip will be tolerated AT all whether IC or OOC. NO causing mass havoc on cities, or areas, no voilent roleplays that are not previously authorized.
There will be NO rapes, miscarriages, suicides, demon attacks or unauthorized attacks of any kind, no unauthorized kidnappings, DO not bring a character into another person's roleplay with intent to disrupt or disrespect their roleplay. Drama is welcome, not every roleplay is sunshine and daisies. Keep it realistic as possible and follow the rules. And remember that some violent roleplays may be very sensitive in nature to others. We are all here to have fun. Please try to understand other's emotions and respect other's feelings.
3) We follow the time stamp rule for attacks and magic usage. If you need information regarding this please check the magic/skills page. All magics are limited. All skills are limited. This is not a room to come to if you want a super power character. Again we try to keep things as realistic as possible for a fantasy realm. Most minor dungeons and dragons spells are excepted. Approved Races/Classes are listed with their own link. Please refer to these.
4) We encourage group roleplay not just couple roleplay. Any that may have an idea for a roleplay please see Teran Beck or council. After approval we'd love to share in the fun! That's what Rydion is all about.
5) All visitors are expected to read the rules and follow them. You will be warned ONE time. If you continue to not follow our rules you will be booted and banned from the room. Any member visiting another room/realm is expected to show the same respect. Remember you are representing Rydion. Be respectful of another rooms rules. Learn them before entering. Do not troll for members.
6) All avatars must follow site rules and be no larger than 500 pixels wide by 350 pixels tall. For more information regarding avatars please check the avatar information page.
7) All members are requested to submit a bio of their characters. The biography is simple. Just a brief story behind your character and include the abilities/magicks/skills you'd like to request. Teran Beck and council will be happy to assist you with any questions or help to chose skills with you.
8) There are no royalty titles given here. The highest title one can be given is Knight of the Realm. The person holding this title is Teran Beck. Teran is the room leader and thus being said all of her decisions are final. Other titles of importance will be handed out by Teran to members that show themselves true to their characters and roleplays.
-If a problem should arise, and this does tend to happen, if Teran is not around please see a council member. That is why they are here. They will help you with your issue until Teran can see to it personally. Please remember this is an adult section. And yes, we do realize that issues and disputes will happen from time to time. First we ask that ALL issues be handled in PM. We do not need tension to be brought out into a room. This is a room killer and will not be tolerated. Please understand your matter will be dealt with fairly and promptly.
9) Check the race/class pages to see what we allow. There will be NO Demons, Angels, Gods, Godlings, Immortals, Dragons, etc. The only area where Angels and Gods live is in Adonia. These are NPC characters. If you have a special request for a race/class please see Teran Beck. All NPC characters need to be approved in advanced. Again we are trying to keep this as realistic as possible. No super powers or super characters.
10) Understand the areas of Rydion. Certain sections cannot be entered easily. Read the enterance page to find out where these areas are. Any roleplay that is unrealistic will be ignorned and given one warning. Know your character and roleplay it as realistic as possible. Learn how to use the magic items to optimize your experience. This is a fun room! Interesting role plays, quests and warrior olympics are just a few of many things that happen here. Come and enjoy a stress free enviroment filled with good people and great times!
