A Belly Dancer is a great addition to many public happenings and atmospheres including: restaurants, night clubs, festivals, galas, or corporate events. Performance hire can include greeting guests, tableau or 'ghost' entertainment during activity, &/or staged/timed performances in either Egyptian, Tribal, or Gothic belly dancing. Rya does not accept hire as a private dancer or personal escort; no exceptions, Public/family events only! |

PARTY PERFORMANCE and BELLY GRAMS |

Make someone's day event more special with a party performance or Belly Gram by Rya. Party performances may involve hire for up to 2 hours with dancing scheduled at select intervals. Belly Grams are shorter performances (10-15 minutes) and give special attention to that favorite birthday honoree, retiree, boss, grandparent, friend, or any loved one who deserves some extra mystique and glitz for the day! Please note that Rya's Belly Grams are a gift meant to HONOR the individual. *Family or all-female events only* Sorry gents; NO Bachelor Parties or all-male events for Rya's Belly Grams. |

Have a private belly dance lesson just for you or for your special group! This is a GREAT idea for birthdays, bachelorette parties, social club gatherings, or any special chicks' day!
(*Family/all-female events only*)
Lessons are from 1-1.5 hrs. Day and location are to be determined by mutual consent between Rya and the prospective student. A series of sessions can also be arranged. |

*Holiday events may be higher due to demand.
*Short-notice bookings (less than two weeks) must be paid in cash upon arrival at the event.
*For events greater than 50 miles outside of downtown Louisville, travel charges may apply. These charges start at $.30/mile, and could include lodging and meals if travel is greater than 120 miles away.
*Prices/travel fees are subject to change or negotiation
*Rya requires a non-refundable deposit of up to half of a booking fee at least two weeks prior to the event for all events. The remainder must be paid upon arrival at the event.
*Rya requires a written contract for all events, as well as a safe, non-hazardous and appropriate environment in which to perform. She reserves the right to refuse to perform if these conditions are not met
*Events that are cancelled less than 5 business days prior to when they are scheduled are subject to a cancellation fee. |
