| Biography |
Ryan Kelley was born in Glen Ellyn Illinoison 31st August, 1986, so he has just turned 17. He has fourteen brother and sister, nine of which are adopted. (But he doesn't think of them that way!) Ryan is the fifth eldest in his family. He enjoys Rap and alternative music and he likes the work of sean connery and Val Kilmer! |
Ryan Kelley's family began the acting business when he was just two years old and from that age he has appeared in over fifty commercials. But his big break came in 1995 when he appeared in disneys 'Roommates' at the age of seven! (He is really adorable in 'Roommates!') |
| Kristie Kelley 'Ryan's sister!!!' |
| However he really showed us his brilliant acting skills when he guest starred twice in the tv series 'Smallville'. But before that he was a supporting actor in stolen summer, the winning script in the documentary series Project Greenlight. And also 'Stray Dogs'. |
| Mean Creek began entering theaters across America in 2004. Ryan stars in 'Mean Creek' along side Rory Culkin (Signs), Trevor Morgan (Jurassic Park 3), Scott Mechlowitz (Euro trip), Josh Peck (Drake and Josh) and Carly Shroeder (Lizzie Maguire), in which all of the young cast give very natural and wise performances. Ryan also stars along side Armin Mueller-Stahl, and Hayden Panettiere in 'The Dust Factory'. The perfect film for a Ryan lover, as he is in almost every single scene. Personally, I'm not too fond of the movie, but Ryan was great as usual, ;) Also in Jan/Feb this year Ryan filmed an episode of Boston Legal, though he isn't in it very much, we get a taste of how the now 18 year old Ryan looks, and it is a different character we have ever seen him play. He has just finished filming an indie film called 'Still Green'. Lastly - where is Ryan now? Well, he's in Utah, filming his next latest project 'The Outlaw trail' - more info as soon as possible. Later Chums, (and no that isn't an english thing.) ;) |
| Some of Ryans favourite films are 'Braveheart', 'The Rock', 'The sixth Man', 'Half Baked' and 'Saving Private Ryan'. And his favourite book is 'The Eternity Code' sounds interesting, think I might go see if its in my library! |
