Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Irish wisky
1 or 2 t. Sugar
Fresh made hot coffee
Heavy cream, whipped, chilled
Procedure:
Pour coffee and wisky into a preheated 7 oz. goblet or coffee mug
until 1/2 inch from the top
Add sugar and stir until dissolved
Float whipped cream on top and serve
Notes:
Irish coffee is an alcoholic drink made from black coffee, sugar and
Irish whiskey, topped with fresh cream
Use a clear glass goblet for best appearance
Warm the glass before serving
Once the cream is added, do not stir
Can be served garnished with chocolate spinkles
Best served after a meal

Irish coffee was supposedly created in the early 1950s by Joe Sheridan, a bartender at the Shannon Airport. It was publicized by travel writer Stanton Delaplane after he discovered it during his travels

1/2 t. Coriander
1 T. Sugar
1/2 C. Red wine, warmed
1 T. Ginger powder
1/2 slice of orange
Procedure:
Add the coriander, sugar, wine and ginger to the coffee
Pour into mugs and top the orange

Prepare the coffee with 3 tablespoons of coffee to 1 cup of water and
keep very hot

Sugar syrup
Cream
Vanilla ice cream
Procedure:
Prepare the coffe by using 3 tablespoons of coffee to 3/4 cups water
Chill it or pour it hot over cubed ice in a tall glass
Sweeten with the syrup and stir in cream
top with ice cream

Can be served with crushed ice
Sugar can be used in place of the syrup
Whipped cream can be used in place of the ice cream

Hot milk
Sugar
Procedure:
Combine equal amounts of coffee and milk
Sweeten to taste with sugar
Notes:
Add the coffee to the milk
Be sure to serve this beverage hot

1 Jigger light rum
Whipped cream
Procedure:
Add the rum to the iced coffee
Pour into glasses and top with wipped cream
Notes:
Can be served with crushed ice
Brandy can be used in place of the rum
