Ingredients:
2 oz Light Rum
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 T Lime Juice
1 T. Pineapple Juice
1/2 t. Maraschino
Procedure:
Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Garnish with a slice of lemon
Can also be garnished with lime, cherries, etc.
Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 t. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Club Soda
2 oz. Light Rum
Club Soda
Procedure:
Into collins glass, pour lemon juice, sugar, and 2 oz club soda and
stir
Fill glass with cracked ice and add rum
Fill with club soda or ginger ale and stir again
Add a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Ginger ale can be used in place of the club soda
Can be garnished with sliced lemon

1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
2 oz. Sour Mix
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 splash Grenadine
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice
Pour into highball glass

Can be garnish with an orange slice

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Serve and garnish

Can be garnished with passion fruit, lemon, etc.

Warm milk
Procedure:
Put rum and sugar in irish coffee glass
Fill with warm milk and stir
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Garnish with a sprinkle a little nutmeg on top
Can also be garnished with chocolate sprinkles
