Ingredients:
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Amaretto
4 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Procedure:
Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice with ice and pour into a
highball glass over ice
Top with grenadine
Serve and garnish
Notes:
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry
Ingredients:
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
Procedure:
Combine ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in blender at high speed
Pour into highball glass
Serve and garnish

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry

1 oz. Light Rum
Procedure:
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Serve and garnish

Can be garnished with slices lemon and strawberry

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Coffee-flavored Brandy
1 1/2 t. Light Cream
1 t. 151-proof Rum
Procedure:
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Float 151-proof rum on top
Serve and garnish

Can be garnished with whipprd cream, chocolate sprinkles, coffee bean,
etc.
