“You impure one shall pay for your sins. I take an oath
that one of my descendant will kill you. He, will posses what you posses but he
will be pure. The Holy One will guide him and protect him. O’ wretched beast,
mark my words, your vanquisher will emerge into the world soon enough to wipe
you out from this very… face of earth.”
Thus, Lucius Van De Meyde
said and breathed his last.
A tall figure was standing about a meter away from him. That
figure’s mouth was dripping with blood and in one of hands; he was holding a
stake, which is soaked in blood. The figure looked like one who had the strength
of twenty mans. He had a dark complexion, had a very sharp nose and his eyes
were red. His red ruby red lips were like a piece of jewel decked with
thirty-two diamonds of which two are large diamonds. That figure was smiling at
his victim lying dead. Then, he just disappeared into thin air.
Forty years later, Castle Draksha was standing tall, just across
the Castle Dracula. In the castle, sitting down on a throne is Count Draksha, a
vampire feared by many because he not only drink blood but he also stab people
with a dagger in their chest. He was sitting down pondering over something. One
of his two vampire brides, Henna, asked him the reason for his misery. Then he
told about the four-hundred-year-old oath of Lucius Van De Meyde. For Draksha
has a strange feeling that his destroyer was going to be born soon.
True enough, the time has came Lucius oath to take effect. In a
small church in Amsterdam, Rachel was not unable to bear the pain. She was
struggling. There was a storm raging at the outside of the church. Boris,
Rachel’s husband, was saying prayers non-stop. Tears were rolling down his
cheeks. A few ladies were trying to ease the pain for Rachel. Then, the clock
struck twelve midnight and Rachel screamed so loud. Everything went silent.
Even the raging storm stopped immediately and so did Boris his prayers. There
lay in the hands of an old lady was a small baby. He looked so adorable. Boris
took his son on his arms and look at him.
“Look, Rachel. our son,”
said Boris in delight.
He turned to look at
Rachel and saw her unconscious. The he saw a figure standing at the doorstep of
the church. The figure was big and was wearing a hat and clock and his face
could not be seen.
“Who’s there? What
business do you have here in the church at this time?” asked Boris.
“I came to see the one who is about to achieve great things in life” said the figure and started to leave.
“Your name?” asked Boris.
The figure replied, “Abraham”.
