These pages contain information about our family. Our ancestors..... some of whom migrated from parts of Czechoslovakia, Sweden and Norway to South Dakota, Nebraska and a newly discovered area New Sweden, Maine, thank you Greta Peterson Bennett for that new information, and to other areas I haven't found yet! There are interesting people here, some are famous, and some are not, some are prominent, and some are not. Feel free to browse, but please do it quietly, some of these people have been asleep for many years. I am currently working on new information, and will update my database as soon as possible. My database online contains almost 16,000 names, and I am working on an additional 4000 +|- names. I want to thank Andreas Karlsson and Greta Peterson Bennett, my newly found relatives for this new information!
7/26/99 As of today I have over 20,000 names in my database, over 4,000 of these names aren't online yet, and I'm still adding more, please have patience with me, because all of these names have to be entered manually, and checked for duplications, it is a slow process, but it will be worth all of the effort in the end. The majority of the new names, are in the Alenius line of my family. If you have any questions in the meantime, please send me an email [email protected]. Thank you again for your patience!
12/09/99 As of today, my database has increased to over 24,000 names, and it is still growing. I am working on another 200 pages of information, that goes back to 830 (this information cannot be verified for accuracy at this time), but around the year 1300 can be verified as accurate. In July of 2000, I will be heading for Sweden, to spend 3 weeks researching, and meeting new relatives.
