La Huerta Guarderías founded by Ruth-Ann Waterhouse, an American
and Servando and Martha Huerta, Mexican nationals for the purpose of
helping to educate the indigenous Mexican/Indian children of Baja
California, Mexico. These are the most impoverished peoples on the
Baja. Most parents are fieldworkers with little hope for the future. We
desire to assist the parents with the education of their children as well
as help with their nutritional needs. We encourage you to take a few
