"The Boys", Casey and Alex
Well, yes, you guessed it, this page is about our dogs.  Casey and Alex said I had to do this or they would "mess me up".

You have to understand, they allow my husband and I to stay here as long as we do what we're told.  They run the place and they keep us around to take care of the little stuff like feeding them, making them comfortable, giving them money and so on.  Yes, I said giving them money!!  Casey loves money, he can smell money a mile away, he'll dig it out of your pocket and fight you for it.

Casey and Alex are great watch dogs, they watch any and everybody come into the house and then bite their ankles if they decide to leave.
I feel protected!*?!

Ya, everybody needs two yipping fur balls running through the house, I know I do!!  I just couldn't make it through the day without Casey, the leader of the pack, telling me what to do.  Just this morning he told me, "Go to the store and get more graham cracker cereal for my breakfast, and don't forget my donuts!!".  I would have forgotten the donuts.

Alex is the loud one, he talks all the time, yap, yap, yap.  He loves ice cream, vanilla, and Daddy better see that we have plenty.  When Alex wants his ice cream, SOMEBODY better go get it or you'll pay.

Together, they are 12 pounds of rompin stompin canine power and you'd better do what your told or they'll "
MESS YOU UP".

Ok, I did your page, are you happy now??  Ough, don't hurt me!!!

Dec. 24, 1999 Here's a poem for ya from Casey and Al, who loves ya baby!?!?

CHRISTMAS DOG

Tonight's my first night as a watchdog,
And here it is Christmas Eve..
The children are sleeping' all cozy upstairs,
While I'm guarding' the stockin's and tree..

What's *that* now-footsteps on the rooftop?
Could it be a cat or a mouse?
                           Who's this down the chimney?
                                  A thief with a beard..
And a big sack for robbin' the House?

He howls and jumps back in his sleigh..
I scare his strange horses, they leap in the air..
I've frightened the whole bunch away..

Now the house is all peaceful and quiet again,
The stockin's are safe as can be..

Won't the kiddies be glad when they wake up tomorrow
And see how I've guarded the tree.......

Merry Christmas from Alex and Casey

January 1, 2000 Casey, guess what I've been working on, well I'll tell you.  I've got the TOP TEN New Year's resolutions, here they are:

Alex's New Years Resolutions

10. I will not play tug-of-war with Daddy's underwear when he's on the toilet.

9.  I will stop trying to find the few remaining pieces of clean carpet in the house when I am about to throw up.

8.  The sofa is not a face towel.  Neither are Mom and Dad's laps.

7.  We do not have a door bell.  I will not bark each time I hear one on TV.

6.  My head does not belong in the refrigerator.

5.  I will not bite the officer's hand when he reaches in for Daddy's driver's license and car registration.

4.  When in the car, I will not insist on having the window rolled down when it's raining outside.

3.  I will not chew Daddy's toothbrush and not tell him.

2.  I will not roll my toys behind the fridge.

1.  I will not steal my Mom's underwear and dance all over the front yard with it.
