Chuck is first and foremost a Firefighter, he's been a member of the Fire Department since he was sixteen years old. Chuck has recently been promoted to a Lieutenant and is currently serving his department as a Fire Inspector. He has been raised with Public Safety, it's in his blood.
Chuck is also an EMT and from time to time has worked in Dispatch.
Chuck's alter ego is known as "Buff The Clown." Buff is a Charter Member of Safe Clowns of Cherokee, an organization of Public Safety personnel whom serve our community in promoting child safety.
