Jason was a very keen fisherman and hunter. He loved to go hunting. He shot himself many a turkey. Jason loved to go camping with his mum, who he adored.
Jason was a good lad who had a good job at a garden centre. He enjoyed his job, as he was very much a farm boy at heart.
Jason had a younger brother called Justin. And a stepfather named Russ. Jason got on very well with all his family. He was clearly loved very dearly, and he clearly dearly loved his family.
Jason was born on 20th November 1978, weighing a grand 7lb 10 oz. He was born in Parkesburge West Viginia. He was a very happy and healthy baby. He alsways had a smile on his face.
When he was a boy he and his brother would go to the golf course and collect golf balls, anf they used to give their mum the money.
On the night of his tragic accident, he was visiting with his father. He lost control of the car, and went into the median.
Such a tragic accident.
Jason and his brother were very close, and did a lot of things together. And I knew deep down they would keep each other out of trouble.
One day it was very cold out, and Jason aged 4 wanted to go out and play, in the end I said ok kiddo, but go and get dressed warm. When he came back he had on his fathers big green boots his shirt and coat. He loked so comical. I just had to laugh at him.
It was Jasons idea we got labradors, so we went and got a pair of them. Those dogs really loved Jason and really miss him.
Jason was always wanting to help others as well, and thought nothing of lending a hand whenever it was needed.
Jasons favorite colour was yellow, he loved his yellow shirt.
On the day of the funeral there was so much yellow it took your breath away. All I could say was Son look at all this yellow for you son. Over 300 hundred people came to his funeral. That showed just how much Jason was loved by all. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. But most of all by his Mom and his family. The song on this page was chosen just for Jason. Yellow rose from texas.
