Many Tibetans living inside Tibet today find it nearly impossible to establish businesses there because of the bureaucratic nonsense imposed upon them by the Chinese government. If you lack the proper "connections" with the Chinese authorities when trying to open a shop, then you're out of luck. This blatant denial of economic opportunity to Tibetans in their own land cannot be overlooked.
