Strategy:

• Rural Friendship recognises the people at the grassroots as the most important source of knowledge and experience. It facilitates a process to make people aware of the problems and sensitizes them to identify appropriate activities to address the problems. Participation of the target groups in program design, implementation and evaluation is encouraged. Rural Friendship aims at a relationship open to learning and an association without domination with its stakeholders. Its activities are culturally integrated, and focused on viability, sustainability and empowering the people at the grassroots to have control over their living conditions.
