Captain - Captain's word is Law.

If you find that you have a different interpretation of these written words than mine, talk with me. If we cannot come to one mind, we must come to an accord. I will hear anyone's opinion, and those words will be taken into consideration. I will not play God unless it's the only way to settle something between a couple of stubborn hot-heads.

XO - Executive Officer "Don't leave home without one."

This is the person who coordinates efforts within the Company and Household, the record-keeper, the one who keeps the Captain sane in most cases.

Chaplain – As we walk in war, so must we walk in peace. Our Chaplain is a guide on both spiritual and mundane paths for those with a need. He blesses our loyalty with his own, and keeps our spirits safe as we rest.

Sergeant – These are specialists or area leaders, As we become more far flung, the need for a broader command structure becomes more necessary. As our membership grows, our command staff members gain responsibility and rank.

Stripe - A Tiger is known by his Stripes. They are unique and individual, they are armor, they are family. No other Great Cat is as the Tiger.

Stripes are our full members, those of whom we expect the most. To be acknowledged as a Stripe is to take to heart the Honor and well-being of the Company and its members.

Cub - Cubs are the proof of our existence. They are those who come after us and show our worth unto the next generation.

Cubs are the Tigers who are too young to be full stripes or who have not yet achieved full peace with the Stripes. Cubs may also be those who are at peace with a non-fighting status and wish to remain behind the scenes, even moreso than Household members. This seems like a limbo state, but it shows a greater commitment to our Company than an initiate might.

Tail - A Tiger without his Tail is a Tiger without balance or purpose. The Tail is the Pride of the Tiger.

Tails are not the lowest or least among us they are the newest. They are in a position to learn about us as we learn about them, and to decide if we are the Company for them. While they are Tails they belong to the Tigers and no other fighting company. Tails are required to give and take just like the fully ranked Stripes. Tails do not necessarily become Cubs as they rise. They may be moved directly to Stripe as they prove themselves.

Zebra – What’s the difference between the prey that wears stripes and the predator who hunts it? This is the time to find out, We are watching you.

Walking of a member through the rank structure is at the sole discretion of the Captain.

Additional Ranks - As deemed necessary by the size and distribution of the Company, the Captain has the privilege of reinstating the positions of Training Sergeant, Cadet Sergeant, local officers, and so forth. While these positions are currently unnecessary, they are not being used.
