LOCATION Unit 211 is located on the top floor away from noisy neighbors.� There is a private parking space here in the front.� Unit 211 is an end unit with a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the west facing windows. � |

TENNIS Tennis is available and the courts are located near the complex entrance along Gulf Drive.� There is a Tennis-Time sign up sheet located at the complex office near the pool.� Shuffleboard courts are also in this area. |

POOL The pool is located behind the clubhouse. You'll be delighted with the facilities which include an exercise room and sauna. Soda and juice vending machines are available. |

PIER AT THE BAY This observation area is provided at the Bay side of the Runaway Bay complex.� It is within a short walk from Unit 211 and is equipped with classic wooden bench seats. |
