Background

Rumah Anak Yatim Darul 'Izzah was established by Ustaz Haji Idris omar in the middle of the year 1996. It was established at Kampung Teras Jernang, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.

The first intake of students started in the school year of 1997. A total of nine boys were placed in a dormitory Darul 'Izzah. In 2012, the number of students in a dormitory was 28 people.


Objective

  • The main objective of Darul'Izzah is take care of the welfare of orphans / poor and the elderly.
  • Darul 'Izzah also supports the principle of a welfare society.


Vission

  • Committee aspires to develop an Orphanage Complex and Modern Pondok in a place of nearby that was identified.
  • Large amount of fund needed to fulfill this desire to meet budgets cost of land, infrastructure, buildings and equipment.
